Bookings for public tours can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure. Our tours are generally not cancelled due to bad weather. In case of rain, we offer ponchos and our guides will know where to take shelter or take a break in a café. If the tour cannot take place due to a weather alert, we will find a solution to reschedule or offer a walking tour
